Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled HR Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, organizing employee engagement activities, and assisting with various HR projects aimed at promoting a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities and events.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Participate in HR projects focused on improving workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Must Have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
